I really liked this game but for the last few weeks it wont load. Gets to 17% and says cant connect to server. About ready to delete it for good

I loved this app, was playing as guess,went to play yesterday and I couldnt play. BCC wanted me to open an account, which I did only to find out I was back to level one with the games I paid to unlock were again locked. Not a happy camper. DELETED.
